RAM Gets a Hurricane Performance Upgrade: Power, Flow & Sound Dialled In

When a truck this big rolls into the workshop, you know it’s going to be a fun day.
This week, the Enhanced Offroad Solutions team had the pleasure of working on a seriously tough RAM, in for a full Hurricane Performance Exhaust upgrade.

The owner came in with a cracked factory header — but instead of just replacing it, they decided to go all in. And we’re glad they did. The result? A RAM that looks mean, sounds incredible, and flows like never before.

Why the Upgrade?

Workshop Insight

Before fitting the new exhaust, we ran a full inspection and alignment of the existing system, removing the cracked header and checking for any secondary leaks or heat damage.
The new ceramic-coated headers were installed with upgraded gaskets and heat shielding to maintain longevity and protect nearby wiring and components.

Each section of the exhaust was then custom-aligned and welded in-house to ensure a tight, clean finish — no rattles, no leaks, just pure performance.
