GVM Upgrades & Bullbar Fitments at Enhanced Offroad

At Enhanced Offroad, we don’t believe in bolt-on upgrades that only look the part. Every modification we do is about real-world performance, safety, and reliability — especially when it comes to towing and touring setups.

Recently, we had another Nissan Warrior in the workshop, and it highlighted two of the most important upgrades you can make to any serious 4WD: a proper GVM suspension setup and a quality bull bar.

The Issue with Factory Warrior Setups

As many Warrior owners already know, these vehicles can struggle when towing straight from the factory. The main reason is the factory coil setup, which isn’t designed to consistently handle added weight, accessories, or towing loads.

That’s why this build is focused on doing things properly — starting with a GVM upgrade.

GVM Upgrade: Built to Work, Not Just Look Good

This Warrior is currently halfway through a full GVM upgrade designed to improve load carrying, stability, and towing capability.

The setup includes:

  • On Track billet lower control arms for increased strength and durability
  • Tough Dog rear coils to properly support towing and constant load
  • Existing airbags reused, as requested by the customer
  • Billet upper control arms to improve front-end geometry
  • New front coils to balance the suspension and handling
  • Clearview mirrors with Cat 6 wiring for improved visibility when towing

Once complete, this vehicle will be GVM-compliant, stable under load, and ready to tow with confidence.

Bullbars: More Than Just a Tough Look

We’ve also been fitting plenty of bullbars lately, and for good reason. A quality bullbar is one of the smartest upgrades you can make — and it’s about far more than appearance.

A properly fitted bullbar provides:

  • Front-end protection from animal strikes and trail damage
  • Mounting points for driving lights, antennas, and recovery gear
  • Improved approach angles for tougher tracks and obstacles
  • Stronger, safer recovery points when you actually need them
  • And yes — let’s be honest — they make any rig look tougher too.

Whether you’re building a daily driver, a touring setup, or a weekend weapon, a bullbar is a practical upgrade that delivers real benefits both on and off-road.

Built Right, Ready for Anything

When upgrades are fitted correctly and matched to the vehicle, the result is a 4WD that:

  • Handles load and towing properly
  • Is safer on-road and off-road
  • Is ready for touring, work, and weekend adventures

This Nissan Warrior is shaping up to be exactly that — GVM-ready, tow-capable, and built to handle real conditions.
